CNS provides prototyping of very small molded parts to the Plastics Industry.  CNS specializes in part sizes down to less than 0.005 CC.   This means that CNS prototypes part sizes that are below the capabilities of the competition.  We have specialized equipment that is designed to optimize the processing of these small parts.  Our machinery is capable of molding the full range of Thermoplastic resins and Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR).  Where small parts are called for and the cost of the plastic is very high, our system has the lowest usage and scrap compared to larger systems.  With minimized residence times, our process offers the optimum parameters for sensitive materials such as Bio-absorbable resins.
